Expertise and Passion
Audio isn’t just Tom’s profession – it’s his lifelong passion. Raised in a home filled with music and AV gear thanks to his father’s background as a DJ, musician, and AV business owner, Tom developed a deep appreciation for sound from an early age. His journey began in the family’s recording studio and led him to pursue a diploma in music technology – the first step in a now well-established career.

Professional Experience
Tom began his career as an in-house dubbing mixer at a major TV production company, where he rose to become Head of Post-Production. Today, he co-directs Five29, the production and post-production company he helped build. His portfolio spans film, TV, branded content, corporate video, radio, and podcasting – with sound mixes aired by broadcasters and platforms including the BBC, Netflix, and Amazon. He has worked with a wide range of screen talent, including Dawn French, Richard Curtis, and Rick Stein.

Tom brings not only technical expertise but also a collaborative, patient, and friendly approach to every project. He takes the time to listen, understand, and deliver work that aligns with each client’s vision – treating every project with the same care and attention as if it were his own.
